| Fishing for steelhead can be good all winter long starting in November and lasting through May, If your a die hard fan of really cold weather you can have many chances at the silver bullets on the Pere Marquette River the Muskegon River the White River and the Big Manistee River below the Tippy Dam area all the way to Manistee Lake starting in late February and early March when the fish are teaming up to start the spawn.
